Facilities FM Estimator - Tendering & Costing Lead

Robertson Facilities Management is seeking an Estimator to prepare competitive, compliant bids for FM tenders. The role requires a blend of technical, commercial, and project management skills, with emphasis on pricing strategies, lifecycle costing and risk assessment.

You will work with bid managers and senior teams to validate quotes, gather subcontractor quotes and ensure alignment with tender requirements. This is a full-time permanent role based in the UK.
