Facilities Assistant: Ground & Site Maintenance

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support the 14Forty operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of facility management within the site and team, with opportunities to progress within the company that values its people.

Based in Swindon, the ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, be an effective communicator, and able to work under pressure while keeping to schedules and
