• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 2 weekly Shift Rotation of week 1 07:00 - 15:30, week 2 10:30 - 19:00
• £13.45 per hour

Facilities Assistant - Cambridge CB2 0AA - Permanent Full Time

What you'll do:

• Deliver a professional 5-star customer service experience across the site
• Ensuring Tea and Coffee Machines are stocked and operational
• Loading/Unloading dishwashers
• Monitor consumables - eg dishwasher tablets/Tea/Coffee/Milk within your operational area and notify supervisor of ordering requirements
• Monitor and set temperature controls on refrigerators
• Reporting of faulty equipment to supervisor
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, and reactive cleaning (such as liaising with cleaning team regarding spills)
• Report faults, incidents, customer feedback, and safety concerns while working collaboratively with onsite teams.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience within customer service, facilities management, hospitality, or a workplace support environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and respond positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer care while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety, or facilities-related procedures is desirable; relevant training or qualifications would be an advantage.
