The Role
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of office and facilities operations
  • Assist with meeting room set-up, including AV equipment and refreshments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services
  • Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and document handling
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
  • Assist with office maintenance tasks and ensure a professional working environment
  • Support events and internal office activities as required
  • Respond to general facilities and office queries
The Person
  • Previous experience in a facilities, office support, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
