Facilities Assistant - Cleaning 15 hrs per week Monday to Friday

We are seeking a motivated and hard-working Facilities Cleaning Assistant to work as part of the Facilities team based at Brighton General Hospital and surrounding Health Clinics. The working pattern will be Monday to Friday 15 hours per week, 16 30.

The role will perform duties according to the requirements of the various areas of our premises, in compliance with standards and legislation.

Main duties of the job

Person Specification
  • Educated to GCSE/O'Level standard.
  • NVQ Cleaning, Basic Food Hygiene certificate, Basic Health & Safety certificate.
Experience
  • Previous experience in cleaning service, customer focused environment.
  • Working in healthcare environment.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Literate and numerate, ability to follow and understand instructions, ability to record information correctly, work as a team.
  • Good knowledge about domestic duties within healthcare.
