Facilities & Premises Officer - School Site

BAM FM is recruiting a Premises Officer to join our facilities management team. The role is based at Tudor Grange St James Academy in Solihull, working 37 hours per week across 40 weeks per year, with an hourly rate of £13.50.

You will perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance, support site operations, manage rooms and porterage, ensure health and safety compliance, handle spares and tools, and provide emergency access outside hours.
