Facilities & Premises Administrator - Flexible & Weekend Ready

Coast and Vale Learning Trust in Ware is seeking a Premises Manager to coordinate the premises team, ensuring maintenance work is completed on time and the job schedule is allocated from requests received.

You will monitor budgets for larger items, order parts to minimise delays, and contact contractors for on-site work. You'll also manage lettings, liaise with hirers, and ensure site rules are followed, with weekend work and keyholder duties as needed.
