Facilities & Despatch Manager - Safe, Efficient Workplace Leader

The Royal Yachting Association, based in Hamble near Southampton, is seeking an experienced Facilities and Despatch Manager to oversee our facilities, warehousing and despatch operations. You will ensure safety, compliance and efficient logistics across our sites.

Key duties include maintaining buildings, coordinating maintenance contracts, managing security and leading the despatch team to process orders promptly. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
