Facilities & Compliance Coordinator

Housing Quality Network is seeking a proactive individual to join our Facilities and Asset Management Team. You will help keep all legal, lease and compliance documentation for our commercial properties up to date and easily accessible.

You will liaise with solicitors, landlords and customers to obtain missing documents, and you will track and schedule renewals for Gas Safety certificates and Legionella risk assessments, as well as coordinate assessments with contractors.
