Facilites Maintenace op

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Operative for a client based in Cardiff city centre on a temporary assignment to provide support over their busy period.

Location: Cardiff City Centre
Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: £14 per hour

Undertaking general maintenance work within student accommodation ensuring the work is completed to a high standard. Your duties will include but not limited to: -

• Painting accommodation/ reception rooms
• Fixing and assembling any new furniture
• Ensure the accommodation is well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.

Skills and experience required: -

• Relevant experience in providing building services repair and maintenance.
• Good communicator
• A good team player
• Positive attitude and ability to work with little supervision.
