Responsibilities

• Manage site teams of trades on large, fast-moving projects for facades and cladding.
• Ensure site activity for facades and cladding runs to programme and is properly planned.
• Oversee installation and organisation of subcontract packages.
• Work with a specialist subcontractor mindset, with experience in Corten cladding and Schuco curtain walling preferred.
• Manage multiple projects across Leeds and Manchester and travel between sites as required.

Requirements

• A valid CSCS Card
• A valid SMSTS Card
