Facade Site Manager - Immediate Start (Temp to Perm)

Location: West London

Rate: £310 per day (Temp)

Salary: £65,000 - £68,000 + package (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all external and envelope works across multiple residential blocks.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and the internal project team to maintain progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor site progress, producing regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure all works comply with design specifications, programme timelines, and health & safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Externals Manager or Site Manager focusing on façade/envelope works.
• Strong track record in residential or mixed use developments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of external packages (façade systems, groundworks, paving, drainage, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
