Facade Coordinator

A leading Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Façade Coordinator to join the delivery team on a major flagship construction project in Kildare.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a complex façade package on a high-profile development with one of Ireland's most respected contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all façade and envelope works from design through installation
• Manage specialist subcontractors and suppliers
• Review drawings, technical submissions and design information
• Ensure quality, programme and safety objectives are achieved
• Liaise with project management, site teams, consultants and design stakeholders
• Drive façade package delivery through to completion

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial, pharma, data centre or mixed use projects
• Strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding, glazing and building envelope systems
• Main contractor or specialist façade contractor background
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
