A construction manager is required for a highly successful main contractor in South London.

The project is a major £1.8 billion project working on mixed use including residential, commercial, retail and restaurants.

The purpose of this role is to oversee the façade/external and mechanical and electrical phase of a multi billion pound mega project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.

Ideal Candidate

• You must be degree qualified or have a similar construction degree.
• You must have worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed use schemes.
• You will need experience in managing subcontractors.
• Health and safety certificate.
• CSCS card.
