Job Overview

A warmly welcoming family relocating to central Guildford from Kent are seeking a caring, calm, and outdoorsy Nanny to support their 19 month old and 4 year old children. The role is a sole charge position, supporting the children's routines and the working parents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee children's daily routines, including morning and bedtime schedules.
• Plan and participate in indoor and outdoor activities such as forest school lessons, exploring Guildford's nature, books, and arts & crafts.
• Prepare meals and snacks, involving the children in cooking and baking when appropriate.
• Help the 4 year old transition to school beginning September.
• Support children's wellbeing and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nanny experience.
• Enhanced DBS and 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• Professional references: at least two, including a recent employer.
• Own vehicle; able to drive to activities.

Working Hours & Pay

• Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 27 hours per week.
• Days: 3 days a week (flexible).
• Pay: £18 per hour (£28 000 per annum, gross).
