Salary: Between £18-19 per hour (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

The Role

They are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator/Welderto join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for fabricating and TIG welding a range of custom metal components, structures, and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel to manufacture custom metal components, structures, and assemblies.

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately assemble components, structures, and assemblies.

• Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and precise adherence to dimensions and tolerances.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in a precision engineering or metal manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in TIG welding.

• Ability to read and work confidently from engineering drawings.

• A precision-driven approach with pride in workmanshipideal for someone who enjoys varied, hands-on fabrication over repetitive assembly line work.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
