An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Fabric / Multi-Skilled Technician to join a growing Facilities Management team supporting a portfolio of high-profile sites.

This role is ideal for a hands on individual with a strong background in building fabric maintenance who enjoys working across varied environments and delivering high standards of service within fast paced facilities environments.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of sites while ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance
• Roofing repairs including gutters, gullies and leak investigations
• Flooring repairs and replacement including vinyl and tiles
• Internal cladding, wall tiling and edge protection repairs
• Minor plumbing and drainage repairs
• Joinery works including doors, hardware and fittings
• Fire door inspections and maintenance
• General building repairs and minor painting works
• Maintaining records and completing job documentation
• Liaising with clients, helpdesk teams and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification
• Strong hands on building fabric maintenance experience
• Multi skilled background across general building maintenance
• Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• Full UK / Irish Driving Licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable Experience

• IPAF
• CSCS Card
• CAFM system experience
• Multi site maintenance experience
• City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery
