Façades Project QS - £15m Package, Liverpool

Bimplus, a specialist contractor in façades, is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a £15m façade package on a major Liverpool development. You will take responsibility for cost control, CVRs, forecasts and final accounts, working closely with project teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven QS experience in construction, façades or building envelope, strong procurement and stakeholder management skills, and a good command of Excel.
