You'll lead safe, disciplined multi crew operations across a range of missions, combining IFR precision with VFR adaptability and low level expertise where required. • Lead multi crew flight operations with rigorous adherence to SOPs, checklists, and applicable regulations.
• Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights, including approved low level profiles, with acute attention to terrain, weather, and performance.
• Deliver exemplary airmanship in a twin turbine environment, managing workload and ensuring operational resilience.
• Champion safety culture, threat and error management (TEM), and continual improvement in all phases of flight.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver reliable, on time operations.

Minimum requirements

• Total time: 2,500 hours
• Multi engine: 500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Multi crew, multi engine turbine: Minimum 500 hours
• License: CPL with IR, MCC and ME (UK CAA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Additional: Relevant low level experience
• Type rating: Not required - training provided

• Operate the F406 Caravan II to high professional standards in all weather and terrain environments within company approvals.
• Exercise sound command decision making and crew resource management to ensure safe, efficient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, tech logs, and operational reports.
• Support training and standardization by modeling best practices and mentoring within the cockpit.
