F1 Trackside Aerodynamics Lead - Data-Driven Performance

Williams Racing is seeking a Senior Trackside Aerodynamicist to own trackside aero analysis and interpret data for race setup decisions. The role covers delivering timely conclusions during sessions and ensuring findings feed back into development programs.

You will travel internationally to attend races and tests, work with aero development, vehicle performance and race engineering, and explain complex aero concepts in plain language to drivers and engineers.
