Away Resorts' Tattershall Park Pub in Lincolnshire is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead front of house and kitchen teams, delivering excellent guest experiences in a busy holiday venue.

You will work with the F&B Manager to motivate staff, drive sales, maintain high operational standards, control costs, and ensure consistent, world class service for guests and holiday homeowners alike.
