We have now an opportunity to join our dynamic team as Food & Beverage Supervisor and assist our Food & Beverage Manager in the day to day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service by coaching staff on how to exceed guest expectations.
• Take steps to identify and support training needs
• Ensuring the staff complete their daily activities
• Carry out opening and closure procedures
• Greet and engage guests, advising on current menus products
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, understanding when to escalate to the F&B Manager
• Ensure high standards of venue hygiene/cleanliness are maintained and compliance records are kept up to date.
• Contribute ideas on improving profitability.

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days to include early and late straight shifts, including weekends.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
