F&B Performance & Operations Coordinator

Estelle Manor Ltd is seeking an F&B Administrator to keep the department organized, efficient and ready to deliver an exceptional experience for guests and members. You will support rotas, meetings, supplier invoices and inventory while turning data into actionable insights for leaders.

Working closely with F&B Managers and teams, you'll help monitor service statistics, quality standards and guest feedback, producing reports and spotting trends to continually raise the bar.
