Do you have a knack for orchestrating seamless Food & Beverage Operations, ensuring both the front and back of house are finely tuned?

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
  • Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering a high level guest food & beverage service experience.
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and promptly to guest enquiries.
  • Deliver plans and objectives, ensuring food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
  • Manage the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
  • Be accountable for the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Deliver effective programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and best practice activities, planning, delivering and documenting for internal and external audit.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food & beverage service with excellent problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent managerial skills with a hands on approach and a lead by example work style.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and offer advice and recommendations.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
  • Experience in using IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
