As well as coordinating and managing the bar team, you will also be responsible for: Producing duty rosters and holiday schedules Looking after and advising guests in the Motel One Lounge, as well as all associated tasks Achieving the Motel One Lounge sales budget Providing a seamless, rapid service and implementing the Motel One service concept "One Smile" Conducting internal coaching and cross-trainings, as well as organising development training courses for Service staff Ordering food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the monthWhether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here!
