F&B Events Lead

The Mole Resort is seeking an F&B Team Leader to organise, prepare and deliver events with the support of the Food and Beverage Manager, ensuring guest requirements are met and high service standards are maintained.

You will coordinate with the sales team, work with the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, liaise with on-site teams, set up function rooms, and uphold health and safety standards in a beautiful countryside setting.
