Ezra & Gil Liverpool is looking for an energetic, committed experienced Sous Chef(s) wanting full time day time hours.

We now looking for a committed, reliable individual who thrives on creativity to play a key role in shaping our incredible kitchen team in our Castle Street store.

WHAT WE WANT:

Deliver outstanding brunch experience

Chop an onion wityout crying (too much)

Lead a kitchen team to consistently deliver high quality food that's meets Ezra & Gil standards

Mentor and develop the kitchen team to enhance skills and performance - inspire your team

Ensure strict adherence to food safety at all times and to maintain a safe compliant kitchen environment

Maintain supplier relationships - optimize kitchen profitability and efficiency
