EARLY YEARS TEACHER - Full Time (Long-Term) - IMMEDIATE START - £176- £269 per day (depending on experience).Nursery School - Broxbourne, Hertfordshire

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming, well-regarded nursery school in the Waltham Cross area to recruit a passionate Nursery Teacher to start immediately on a full-time, long-term basis.

This vibrant early years setting delivers high-quality provision within the EYFS framework, with a strong emphasis on learning through play, nurturing relationships, and rich indoor/outdoor experiences. The school is known for its supportive leadership, positive culture, and inclusive approach, including strong SEND support and close partnership with families.

The Role

• Full-time Nursery Teacher (long-term cover)
• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS provision
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated early years team
• Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years teaching qualification
• Recent experience in EYFS / nursery or reception
• Warm, nurturing approach with high expectations
• Strong classroom practice and behaviour management
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice

Pay & Benefits

• Paid to scale (London Fringe): Main Scale 1-6 / UPS 1-3£34,397 - £52,488
