32.50 hours per week

The Wulfruna Partnership are seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Qualified Practitioner to join Merridale Primary School's team. The Wulfruna Partnership Mission and Vision:

We are looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant who:
  • Has an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent) qualification - you can find a list of accepted qualifications (if achieved after September 2014) here: Early years qualifications achieved in the United Kingdom - GOV.UK ()
  • Is passionate about EYFS and has an understanding of child development and experience of working with children in Early Years
  • Has paediatric first aid training (or is willing to undergo training)
  • Has experience of working with children with additional needs and those presenting challenging behaviours
  • Has a good standard of Literacy, Numeracy and IT skills. Can communicate well
  • Has the skills, knowledge and experience to be able to build positive relationships to support all children to meet their goals and needs
  • Is resilient and passionate about the social, emotional and mental well-being of young people.
  • Is dedicated, creative, reflective, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team and is committed to raising standards for all children.
  • Provides a positive, safe, supportive learning environment.
