We're supporting a brilliant Gateshead school with a strong SEND provision, and they're looking for someone experienced and confident to step into a 1:1 role in early years.

• Providing consistent 1:1 support
• Helping children follow routines and structure
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
• Delivering sensory and play-based activities
• Assisting with feeding and personal care
• Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team

• Experienced TAs or support workers
• Anyone from a care background looking to move into education
• Someone calm, patient, and genuinely caring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
