EYFS Lead - Wembley - September 2026

Responsibilities
  • The successful EYFS Lead will lead the strategic development of the Early Years curriculum and provision
  • The EYFS Lead will model excellent Early Years teaching and support colleagues to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Responsible for ensuring the EYFS framework is implemented effectively and consistently across Reception
  • Monitor pupil progress and ensure high expectations for attainment and development in Early Years
  • Work closely with senior leaders to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
  • Suitable for an experienced Early Years teacher ready to step into an EYFS Lead position
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and strong knowledge of the EYFS framework required
  • Proven experience delivering outstanding Early Years teaching and leadership potential essential
  • Commitment to inclusive practice and supporting pupils from a range of backgrounds in Wembley
