Job DescriptionThis is a full time, maternity cover post with a preferred start date of September 1st 2026.
We are seeking a warm and nurturing EYFS Class Teacher to join our early years team. The successful candidate will foster a stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. You will plan and deliver engaging, child centred lessons in line with the EYFS Framework, ensuring high-quality provision that supports every child's development across all areas of learning.
Key responsibilities includePlanning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and enabling classroom environment.
Supporting children's personal, social, emotional, and academic development.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
Maintaining accurate observations and records to track progress.
Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing remain at the centre of practice.
We are looking for someone who is creative, reflective, and passionate about early years education, with a commitment to helping every child thrive.
