Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Optical Practice Manager for our Edinburgh Old Town store. This hands-on leadership role oversees a small team, day-to-day operations, and the customer experience, with a focus on service-led eyewear and strong commercial performance.

You will manage dispensing activity, drive team development, and own store processes while maintaining high service standards. Full-time, 40 hours per week, rota weekends.
