Eyewear Concierge: Customer Care & Dispensing

Boots Opticians in the United Kingdom seeks a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the right eyewear or service, from pre-screening activities to selecting glasses.

Based in store, you'll work with the store team to handle dispensing tasks, aftercare, and maintain floor standards while supporting eye-tests and related admin duties.
