Eye Clinic Receptionist & Patient Concierge

Newmedica is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our Northampton site. You will be the first point of contact for patients, welcome them, check them in for clinic or theatre visits, and support the busy front desk with a range of admin tasks.

The role is 40 hours over 5 days per week, including weekends on a rota. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop using Office 365 and patient record systems, in a supportive multidisciplinary team.
