Eye Care Liaison Officer - Patient Support & Records

RNIB is seeking an Eye Care Liaison Officer to support patients at Birmingham/Midland Eye Centre. The role involves providing information, guidance and emotional support, and working with clinicians and partners to identify patient needs and access resources.

You will manage patient records, use Microsoft 365, and contribute to the priority of "no diagnosis without support" while delivering services across hospital sites.
