Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and excellent service.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in external sales or a related role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self motivated and goal oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also being a team player.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to confidently close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Full clean Irish Drivers Licence
