Express Store Manager: Lead, Motivate & Drive Results

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an Express Store Manager in Crediton to lead a small team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs, while mentoring colleagues and maintaining high service levels.

This permanent, full-time role involves a rolling rota including weekends, evenings and some late nights. You'll support pricing, control costs, manage rota planning and holidays, and act as a visible coach and role model for your team.
