Express Retail Team Leader - Afternoons, 24h/wk

ASDA Express Bournemouth is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll lead a team across replenishment, checkouts, grocery and fresh food, keeping shelves stocked and standards high so customers are happy.

You'll coach and motivate colleagues with a hands-on approach, adapt to different store formats, and use data to help the team hit targets while delivering great service.
