Apply today!# Job Details HOURS OF WORK: 40 Hour weekSHIFT PATTERN: Tuesday to SaturdaySALARY: EUR 45,553.56All aspects of daily Export Operations of pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled shipments, from the moment a job is created, processing and monitoring through to its arrival at destination. Perform all elements of the export function, including booking air and road freight, submitting export declarations, processing shipments, and preparing shipments for final export (labelling and processing)This will include preparation and booking of Airwaybills, checking flight details are correct, creating customs declarations. Using a variety of I.T systems, external communication with service providers and internal communications within the network and other with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the proper receipt and shipment of materials.From time to time, the role may include helping out in other departments and the warehouse with deliveries of packaging materials and shipment processing when required PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The holder of this position may perform the following tasks: Operation / use of World Courier I.T systems: Transport management system (TMS). FileBound, Jetstream. External communication with service providers. Internal communications within the World Courier network and other departments. Preparation and completion of all documentation and paperwork for export. Checking shipments have the correct freight charges applied wherever applicable. Liaising with airlines to ascertain the whereabouts of missing cargo. Completion of Post-Flight and internal TMS reports. Provide support to senior export staff as required. Shipment handling including loading and unloading of freight. Proficiency in air export and customs declarations. Strong understanding of air freight tariffs, charges, and customer service.
