We have an exciting opportunity for an Export Sales Regional Manager to join the HR Team at Triumph Motorcycles, the UK's largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand.

In this position, you will represent Triumph Motorcycles Limited, working with our independent distributors to achieve the company's commercial and strategic objectives and ensure the implementation of prescribed programmes. Based at our UK Headquarters in Hinckley, Leicestershire, your territory will include some distributors in Europe and the Far East (dependent on the final portfolio). Mastery of a foreign language could be beneficial for some markets.

Travel will be once to twice per quarter, and you will be responsible for the commercial development and performance of the Triumph brand, including setting key business goals for Triumph and our distributors, which you will support them in achieving. Some travel may occur at weekends.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in international business (automotive experience is advantageous). You should have managed and developed distribution or dealer networks at a national or international level. A degree is desirable, and you should demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships and ensure growth through marketing and sales support.

You will also have experience analyzing sales data to evaluate performance, proposing promotional activities, and ensuring all activities align with corporate brand standards. A successful track record, high flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for motorcycles are essential!
