Export operations late shift pm

Our client, a leading international logistics and freight specialist, is seeking Operations Assistants to join their busy London team. These roles are key to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing first-class administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Book flights with airlines and agents
• Complete administration tasks to support the operations team
• Raise Export Customs Entries on CDS (Descartes software - full training provided, experience desirable)
• Manifest and pre-alert flights
• Raise T1 documents for road shipments (1-2 per day)
• Assist in the warehouse for approximately 1-2 hours per day (6 pm-8 pm) - no heavy lifting, shipments under 32 kg

Desirable Knowledge & Experience

• Import SFD/FDE clearances
• T1/T2 clearances/discharges
• Temporary Admission clearances
• Import/export of ATA Carnet and CITES goods
• Forklift licence (desirable, not essential)
• Dangerous Goods awareness (desirable)
• Driving licence (desirable)
