A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Export Manager to join a rapidly growing international business based near Victoria, London, with a salary of circa £40,000 + excellent benefits. This is a hands-on role that blends project planning and live logistics execution, supporting high-profile infrastructure projects across airports, ports, and sports facilities. You'll be part of a forward-thinking, customer-focused operations team in a company known for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions worldwide.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare costings and logistics input for new bids and customer proposals.
• Manage global shipments via road, air, and sea, ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on logistics matters.
• Liaise with 3PLs and freight partners to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Oversee export documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.

What Experience is Required

• At least 4 years of experience in logistics or operational coordination, ideally in a project-led environment.
• Proven track record in international shipping and managing 3PL relationships.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, export processes, and global freight.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
