Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist

to join one of the leading institutions in the financial sector.

As part of the new Marketing & Communication department, you will:

• Develop and implement strategic MarCom initiatives aligned with the company's overall strategy
• Coordinate and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (own media, earned media, paid media)
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
• Create clear, high-quality, and targeted content for various audiences
• Manage internal and external communication flows
• Contribute to digital lead generation and sales through optimized digital journeys
• Perform market analysis and develop data-driven marketing actions
• Support change and innovation through structured project coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments

Your profile:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of marketing strategies, customer journey design, and communication planning
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder coordination experience
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong asset
• Analytical thinker with a critical mindset and ability to propose creative solutions
• Passionate about digital marketing and up to date with current trends
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-oriented and result-driven

50% on-site / 50% homeworking
