Verve seeks a Dublin-based New Business Director to identify, shape, and convert high-value growth opportunities across the Verve offices, while promoting the agency in the market. This role sits at the intersection of client service, creative, and commercial teams, acting as a connector across departments and offices.

The ideal candidate has business development experience and a strong grounding in experiential marketing-commercially sharp, strategically curious, entrepreneurial, and a genuine
