Experienced Store Manager - Coffee shop, Strelitzia

Strelitzia is a thriving neighbourhood coffee shop and deli, known for exceptional speciality coffee, quality provisions, and a carefully curated wine selection. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Store Manager who can lead our team and elevate the Strelitzia experience even further. We're searching for someone who can build and empower a team, set a positive and professional culture, and lead with genuine care. Strong barista skills and hands on experience in speciality coffee are essential, along with solid operational knowledge and the confidence to take ownership of the shop's daily performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role is a must
• Strong problem solver
• Deep operational and financial understanding of running a café
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Self motivated and proactive

Details

Hours: 5 days per week, around 40 hours per week.

Days: Monday - Sunday, weekend essential.

Times: Our space is open from 7:30 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am - 7 pm Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm Sunday, rotational weekend shifts.

Probation period: 6 months.

Reporting to: Business owner.

Salary: £31,000/£34,000 depending on experience, with annual bonus scheme based on business and personal performance.
