Bolands Waterford is seeking an experienced, ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our busy sales team in Waterford City. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering a premium customer experience and working in a fast-paced motor retail environment.

The Role

In this role, you will support customers throughout every stage of their vehicle purchase, from the first enquiry and test drive through to finance options, final sale and handover. You will be a professional ambassador for Bolands, showcasing our vehicle range with confidence while delivering excellent customer service and achieving both individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries in a professional, timely and engaging manner.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify the best vehicle options for each customer's needs.
• Present vehicles confidently, including features, benefits, finance options and value-added products.
• Arrange and conduct test drives, appraisals and vehicle handovers to a high standard.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives, profitability targets and customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales paperwork efficiently.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer training, product knowledge, new models and developments in the motor industry.
• Work closely with colleagues across sales, finance, service and administration to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within the motor industry or a high-value customer-facing environment.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• A professional, confident and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and confidence using CRM or dealership systems.
• A positive team player who is self-motivated and results driven.
• A full, clean Irish driving licence is essential.
