Job Description
MayBe XL SA is a company that is an integral part of the PHIDA Group, which aims to promote and market a variety of products such as textile items, personal protective equipment, and promotional items. It primarily positions itself in the construction market but aims to develop and meet the needs of others. To complement our team, we are looking for an: Experienced Sales Assistant - Textile & Promotional Products (M/F) 100% MayBe XLThe Experienced Sales Assistant - Clients & Suppliers role involves: - B2B customer service and project management. - Developing offers and quotes based on customer needs and following up until completion. - Verifying the feasibility of customer requests and proposing suitable solutions. - Managing customer orders from A to Z, from the offer to delivery. - Simultaneously handling approximately 15 to 30 orders. - Being the main point of contact for clients for management. - Participating in and following up on the order planning. - Coordinating the various steps and tracking shipments until final delivery. - Identifying suitable suppliers for different customer orders, considering prices, deadlines, quality, and technical constraints. - Comparing different possible solutions, selecting suppliers accordingly, and placing orders. - Ensuring delivery tracking and managing any quality or delivery problems. Requirements: - Commercial employee or equivalent qualification. - Confirmed experience in a similar position, for instance, in customer service, logistics, or supply chain. - Experience in the textile sector, promotional items, merchandising, work clothing, or PPE is an asset. - Ability to manage several projects simultaneously from A to Z (between 15 and 30). - Strong sense of reliability and responsibility. - Experienced and autonomous person, able to quickly take charge of the position. - Comfort with client interaction. This role is central, involving complete management of orders and interaction between clients, suppliers, and logistics. Each order requires analysis and decision-making.
