Salary - £25,000, plus commission - OTE £40,000 - £50,000
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday - 9am - 5pm, Half day during the week

A well-known and highly regarded independent estate agent covering Borehamwood and Elstree is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly and professional team.

With a strong reputation for delivering a high standard of service, they are looking for someone who shares their commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be an intelligent and confident communicator with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers. You will be positive, proactive, friendly and professional, with excellent presentation and a genuine passion for working within the property industry.

The role requires a minimum of one year's experience within either Sales or Lettings, along with a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of properties for sale and rent
• Conducting viewings and providing detailed property information to potential buyers and tenants
• Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales and lettings targets
• Generating new business and identifying potential sales and letting opportunities.
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
• Keeping up to date with market trends and property values
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly
• Maintain an up-to-date data base

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
