Confirmed building manager (m/f).The mission consists of carrying out all tasks related to the management of a portfolio of institutional buildings located in the Lausanne region with the owner, the artisans/masters of the activities of technical management, along with two assistants. Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacancies, and technical management of the buildings, monitoring of maintenance subscriptions, handling of claims, control of works, checking and following up on invoices and the condition of the premises and the move-in/move-out process. Management of complex files and representation of the owner before relevant bodies.
